Steve's Comments: Aside from a minor upsurge in folks without a current project (which probably reflects the state of the industry in general), these numbers are all pretty much in line with the last survey. Those AI developers who do have projects are pretty happy with the CPU they get, though they often have to do some optimizatino--CPUs still aren't big enough to just waste cycles needlessly. This all fits pretty well with what folks were telling me at the GDC this year.
